REFUND:
Refunds, where applicable in accordance with the above terms, for all services provided by OLYMPIKO HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB E.E., are processed within 10 working days after we receive your request for cancellation.
The refund will be made:
1. In case your credit card is charged, OLYMPIKO HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB E.E. will return your money in cash (minus taxes), as soon as it has received the price from the bank.
2. In all other cases of payment ( bank, cash etc. ) the refund will be made through a bank account that you will indicate to us. The specialized staff of our gym is at your side at all times, before and after the delivery of our services, ready to solve any problem and questions. In our call center, or in person at our physical stores or through Instagram and Facebook, where you can report any problem you may have regarding our services provided.
