FUNCTIONAL CROSS
Fitness program suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is a program of both strength and endurance, which includes high-intensity interval training, plyometric exercises, weight lifting (both regular and Olympic), and some elements of gymnastics, such as bar, parallel bar, and hoop exercises.
The program contains a warm-up at first, which is followed by the demonstration and development of correct technique, then a 5-35-minute high-intensity workout of the day (WOD) and it is concluded by stretching and cool-down exercises.

A fitness program for all ages. Its main goal is muscle tone and strength, in which dumbbells are used for all the muscle groups of the body.

The foam roller is a cylindrical tube made of compressed foam, which is used for the rehabilitation of injuries, core-strengthening exercises, and the improvement of balance, but also for the overall wellbeing of muscle tissue, massaging at the same time.

Pilates reformer is a class for everyone regardless of fitness level, age, and weight. The platform that is used during the class has rotating levels of difficulty because of the resistance applied by the springs inside it. Thus, it also helps with building the body’s stability, strength and balance.

In this class, your focus is on the connection between breath and body for the sake of improving your respiratory functions. At the same time, you strengthen and stabilize your body, increase your flexibility and open up new horizons and challenges for your body. Hatha Yoga is ideal for cultivating the balance between body and spirit. All ages and levels are welcome!

Dynamic program including full body exercises, with an emphasis on glutes and abs, and the use of dumbbells and resistance bands.

FIT PILATES

FIT PILATES
Program of total body fitness with the use of special equipment such as medicine balls, bands, hoops, dumbbells and so on. Works for people of all ages and aims at the strengthening of the whole body.
Emphasis is put on the core of the body (abs and dorsal muscles) and on correct breathing. Suitable for people with musculoskeletal conditions.

INDOORS CYCLING

INDOORS CYCLING
Indoor Cycling is a group program that is unique because of its efficiency with regard to the achievement of health and fitness goals. Special stationary bikes are employed during a spinning class, which is set in a designated studio within our facility. The bikes work with the help of a mechanism that applies resistance to the pedals, which allows us to adjust it to the level of difficulty we want. Spinning programs are suitable for everyone above the age of 17 and for all fitness levels.

BODY STRENGTH

BODY STRENGTH
Fitness programs for all levels, ideal for fat burn and muscle building. Interval training and a cardio tempo are combined for the exercise of all muscle groups.
In this way, we save time and build our muscles in a more holistic way. Furthermore, by training the core in tandem with the individual muscle groups, we achieve great results related to balance, coordination, and peak functional strength.
